The room was so dark and located down a gloomy, torturous corridor, i almost was like i was in a horror movie. Then there was that charming dead spider above my head that woke me up at 4 a.m.-wonderful touch, really. I also expected a good upgrade for my troubles, but alas, was left disappointed. Just couldn't give a good review.

I had no issues at all during my stay. Staff were expecting me and very helpful.
Very close to airport, handy as you can walk to the terminal building, but flights usually run from 7am to 7pm. you will need transport to get to St Peter Port, taxi, bicycle etc.

The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and had good food (I am vegan). I felt relaxed and had everything I needed in my room which was cleaned and tidied every day. I look forward to returning as the location is rural, yet ideal for travelling round the island.

great hospitality and excellent breakfast with cozy garden relaxation
The staff were cute, the breakfast options were good, and the garden area provided a serene escape. The location near bus stops made exploring the island easy.

The staff were warm and cute. The garden and pool area offered a great escape, and we appreciated the peaceful ambience. Plus, easy access to bike rides and lovely walks was a bonus!
Room 8 could really use a makeover. It felt a bit cramped and dated. A thorough clean would definitely improve the overall experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, good evening meal. It may not be modern, but the room, bathroom and general areas were spotless. The family running it obviously take pride in their work and understand the concept of good customer service. I would stay again.
Proximity of airport meant that you could hear the planes if you left the window opened, but no flights after 9pm meant that this was no bother at all, and having chosen the hotel for its proximity to the airport, I expected far more noise!

Thank you for an excellent stay. The venue is relaxing, clean and the location is marvellous so close to airport, St Peters port and a bus to St Peter Port or around the island. The units were huge with the smallest tv ever.

Ideal for dog lovers
The evening meals were tailored to our taste and the atmosphere was just right.
It wasn't inexpensive but still fair price given the service.

Overall experience was fantastic, staff extremely polite and helpful. The value for money is a credit to the owners. A mini bar in a room of a boutique is a 1st for me. Bed very comfy and breakfast a great start to the day. I travel to Guernsey often and will now use this hotel going forward.
